The property is having over 100 acres of untouched natural forest, forming a biodiverse habitat that supports numerous species of birds, butterflies, amphibians, and small wild mammals. We prioritize the conservation of this ecological corridor and maintain designated sanctuary zones where no construction or landscaping is done.

• Use of solar-powered 7.5 HP water pump reduces grid dependence.
• Two additional government-approved solar units of 7.5 HP each are scheduled for installation. 30KW Hybrid Solar Power Plant for power generation and backup.
• Low-energy LED lighting is used across the property.
• Passive cooling architecture significantly reduces the need for air-conditioning and heating.

B. Water Conservation and Natural Hydrology

• Rainwater harvesting, channelisation, desilting of waterbodies, regular maintenance of check dams. All done scientifically with drone survey, terrain mapping & watershed modelling.
• A natural pond with wetland-style filtration manages greywater naturally.
• Drip irrigation & sprinklers ensures optimal water use for landscaping.
• The Property embraces water as a shared ecological asset, not a commercial utility.

C. Circular Waste Management

• Segregation at source practiced for all waste streams.
• ~3000 to 3500 kg of compost monthly, used in gardens and agriculture.
